Morningside Hope Dementia-Friendly Concerts in September

 

• Sunday 1st Sept at 2pm: Peter Foggitt, Piano recital
• Saturday 14th September at 2pm: Santiago, music for organ, flute, trumpet and electric guitar

Prior to the Santiago concert we plan to have a brief “pilgrimage” in keeping with the Santiago theme, from Greenbank Church down to Morningside Parish starting at 12.30pm. There will be a short reflection by someone from Greenbank followed by some music and then walking down to our church, a second short reflection led by the Minister, followed by some music – a Pilgrimage of Hope.  We will finish at 1pm and you would be welcome to bring a packed lunch to eat in the church hall or go home and come back for the 2pm start of the concert.

Everyone is welcome to join in the pilgrimage but equally, if you simply want to attend the concert, you will be made very welcome as always.
