Christian Aid Week: Collection, and Spring Fair 27th May

This year’s Christian Aid house to house collection is due to take place between 14-20 May 2017.  We are still one collector short!  If anyone can spend a couple of hours helping that week on this task, your assistance would be most appreciated.  Please contact Bob Cunningham (447 4757) if you can help.

Christian Aid Spring Fair, Saturday 27th May: 10am-2pm, in Morningside Parish Church.  Among the attractions this year is a bottle stall.  If you have any surplus (full) bottles of wines, oil, etc, could you pass these into the Church Office no later than Tuesday 23rd May.  There is also going to be a children’s tombola, so if you have any children’s toys which might be suitable as prizes, we would be grateful if you donate these as well, via the Church Office.  Donations of home baking, books, and plants are also most welcome and can be handed in on the day.  

At 11am on 27th May, the Morningside Parish Church choral scholars are giving a 45-minute concert in the church.  All are welcome.
